In 2020, our CEO and Founder Jaylen London sat in a small cafe stationed in the heart of Sacramento Midtown and brainstormed her very first ideas of creating what you now know as Infuze. As the idea evolved into a reality Jaylen connected with several professionals from the cannabis industry and top-ranking chefs to execute a unique cannabis-infused selection of foods for you. From there on out Jaylen has built the foundations of Infuze, ensuring that every guest will leave with a one of a kind experience never seen before.
Head Chef – Justine Heart
Justine Heart is a well-known, well-versed culinary magician. Heart has 14 years of culinary expertise that has transformed a handful of businesses around the states, including ours here at Infuze. Justine’s knowledge has pushed Infuze to curate a tasty cuisine with an equally beautiful look. She has been a loyal partner to Infuze for three years now and continues to provide out of this world dishes.
Cannabis Enthusiast – Angelica Gomez
Angelica is a renowned member of the cannabis industry and has been for 11 years. Angelica has created her own Tv show based around the history of cannabis and has built three dispensaries here in California, those of which include the addition of her own brand of cannabis products. Angelica pushes for a euphoric yet controlled experience within her field of cannabis and it has been embedded into the foundation of Infuze. Angelica’s enhanced knowledge of cannabis has been passed down to our servers to ensure your experience is perfect.
